Question: How many calories should I burn?
How many calories should I burn if I want to lose a pound a day?
Going off the fact I eat about.. 2000 calories a day :/

If you want to lose weight, cut your calories back to 1500, exercise everyday (walk, run, anything that involves physical activity), drink 64 oz of water a day, and don't weigh yourself everyday, only once a week. If you do weigh yourself, only weigh yourself in the morning because your weight fluctuates throughout the day.



You can't do it because 3500 calories equals to 1 pound.
That means you'd have to lose 3500 to be able to lose a pound and it also not healthy
