Question: For those who workout how many days a week do you workout?
Answers:
5-6 days a week with weights... 40-60 mins a session
3 times a week with mixed martial arts
give yourself 1-2 days off weekly
usually 5 or 6 days a week, haha it makes my boyfriend feel self concious that i'm in better shape than he is.
you can workout everday for your whole life, but remember don't excersize the same muscle group more than 5 sets in the same 48 hour period, with the exception of cardio, which should be done everyday for atleast 30 minutes
Everyday but 1 or 2 days is a 20 minutes workout
5 days a week but for 30 minutes only. Don't have the patience for much more.
I work out 3-4 times a week.
It depends on my motivation level and time.
