190 if you want to be a little overweight, but have a showing amount of muscle and look decent. To be skinny, 150-170
Your Ideal weight would be 198 pounds.Please check your Body Composition before starting any new weight loss program since you should not target losing weight but losing Fat should be your main priority.
Also start weight training program along with cardio and do them alternatively every day.Other wise when you lose lots of weight you would have lose skin hanging over your body.
If you have a large body frame, anywhere around 158-179 lbs would be good. :-)
