Cut out all sugar, including fruit, salt and processed food, swap wine for lager or vodka tonic, make breakfast your biggest meal, plenty of protein as it fills you up for longer.
In the evening try to have lean meat with lots of veg or salad with potatoes or rice, avoid bread as it is pretty high in sugar, then you could have sugar free jelly for dessert.
also try to walk everywhere and take the stairs.
What I find works is the 6 day diet, you diet for 6 days of the week and have 1 day of the week where you have exactly what you like..it makes your hard work well worth doing..plus life is to short not to have a day of enjoyment..good luck xx
If you are overweight, I don't think you would be that much overweight. Maybe 10-20 pounds over. If you were to exercise, you should probably jog a little, or go to a gym but don't exercise much, because like I said, I don't think you're that overweight.
your not very overweight maybe 20 pounds at max if even that just excersize and eat healthy
