i went from 260 to 180 in a few months just by running. i didnt change my eating habbits or anything i just ran almost everyday...alot,, atleast a few miles. somtimes up to 6 or 7 miles
Just exercise. dance videos look online theres a lot of different videos but i find i actually stick with something if i go to a cardio or weight lifting class at my gym so tht way the instructor keeps u going and ur less likely to just stop and give up. if u work out rite wen u wake up on an empty stomach u burn nothing but fat instead of the food u just ate make sense?
I weight 115 & always have& i eat like there is no tmrw (never healthy) hahaha but i also go to the gym 6 days a week and i run with my dog a lot and i also dance all the freakin time! LOL its just genetics and fast metabalism.
