I can do 70 pounds now and I was wondering if that was good or should I be doing more.

Zero. No 11 year old should be doing weights. Your body is just coming into puberty and you are hitting your major growth years, putting it under the terrible strain of power lifting is a really bad idea. Stick to cardio, sports, bikes and swimming.
