Question: Ok this is a question that I wanna prove my cousin wrong?
Answers:
You're cousin ate "semi-healthy", let's say. Her diet was balanced okay but not to perfection. Also, she didn't eat enough of eat food group. Anyway, back to your question. Your cousin had oatmeal (grains), a banana (fruit), fish (meat), ice cream (dairy), marshmellows (unhealthier) and an orange (fruit). She had a little bit of each food group so her diet is pretty well balanced.

All of that is good for you. Not the marshmallows, but they won't hurt as a snack as long as she's not eating a whole bag, but oatmeal is a good source of fiber, and iron banana has A lot of potassium, fish
Is great for you, ice cream isnt bad in moderations, cottage cheese is great for you. Cereal isn't bad depending on the kind, and oranges are great for you!
If you're arguing that she's eating unhealthy, you've lost this bet. Most of what she ate is pretty good, and if she's doing 2 hours of track and 30 minutes of kickball, then she's burning off a TON of calories and needs to eat a bunch of stuff to keep up her energy. Even if she treated herself to a bit of ice cream, the calories from it were likely burnt off in no time. I'd say she's pretty balanced...
