That would be a lamentable decision because that can be detrimental to your health. Also if you wish to exercise without calorie consumption you'd be fatigued easily, you'd be prone to anorexia, I don't recommend going through the hassles just so you can shed 20 lbs. All the best :)
Your insane. The most you can lose in 4 days being reasonable is about 2 pounds. Set a goal for yourself. Start small. 5 pounds in 2 weeks. Drink only water and green tea. At meals eat mostly fruit and veggies. Only eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Participate in gym class and exercise a few times a week.

Don't try. It's unhealthy. Even if you come close you will most likely just gain it back.
