Question: How to lose muscle weight on my legs?
i think my legs are too chunky but the problem is that i can't excercise them healthier because it's muscle not fat on them that i have because of the amount of dancing i do, is there any way to lose some of the chunk and weight without stoppin excercise completely? thanks

If you do push ups and weight lifting, this will hopefully make your upper body more in proportion to the rest of you, and if you increase the amount of cardio e.g. your dancing you do, your legs should will be the first part of you to lose weight. You could also reduce your carb intake.
