I do volleyball and track and field and i understand how you feel!!! I have 1/2 cup uncooked oat's then i put peanuts with milk then i have a banana! (i can't just have oats by its self i put 1 tsp. of brown sugar and cinnamon)
One glass of milk and 2 boiled eggs. You can add some FRESH juice as well.
Oatmeal with cut up apples including the skin.
Porridge - slow releasing energy.
All of the above.
