How to help my friend with her weight?!

Question: How to help my friend with her weight?
my friend is really nice, and shes a great friend but she is really fat. So im like her only real friend. Im so sick of people making fun of her because of her weight and hair (she never had a haircut before) and they make fun of me for being friends with her. So how can i help and tell her that she should take care of her body better. I know that she wants to change to. But i dont want to insult her or make her feel bad. By the way were both 12 so i think this can really effect her wen shes older
So how can i help her lose weight.

Answers:

To start off, I think youre a really good friend for trying to help. And to help, well since you are her friend, when youre around her and you see people making fun of her offer her some advice about eating healthier and exercising more. Or you can go on a jog together. Just encourage her to make healthier choices by encouraging her in nice ways(: Good luck!

hello, I was having this bad eating issue since I cant remember. I used to take all kinds of pills. Until a friend recommended this method, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. There was little change for the first week, but I was feeling good. After losing that first bit of weight, which was such a confident booster, I started to develop good eating habit so I could continue to keep off the fat. I couldn't believe I didn't try this sooner. I hope this helps: fastloseweightcentral.tk

Invite her with you to exercise. Invite her on walks and runs, and if she's over at your house, have your mom make very healthy meals for her. Try to get her to join an after school sport with you- and if she's not very athletic but you are, stay at her level so she has a friend with her the entire time. Hopefully she will start to appreciate exercise and find it fun- which is really good. However, if she asks, be honest. Tell her that people make fun of her and while you think she's awesome, you want other people to see her that way too. Be gentle but honest.
