Question: Any tips on how to lose this?
Alright so I have a gut and what people call man boobs. Now I must say I am far away from being fat. I am 5'11 and I weigh 180. I am 19.
Now before you say do Push ups or run or anything of that nature I will say I cannot physically do them at the moment. I was recently medically discharged from the Army for my shoulder and my legs. I can't even stand for more than 5 minutes and I can't even raise my arm to be parallel with the floor.
So do y'all have any ways I can accomplish this besides starve my self?

Okay I understand where your coming from. In this case, I would advice you to drink a glass of warm water every morning. This will burn some fat in your body. Since you can't exercise, make your diet as healthy and sugar free as possible. Other then that, recover quick and jump on the treadmill.
