I would say blizzard because it will last longer - you'll down the fudge fast and that might make it more tempting to snack on other treats as well - at least I know that's what I would do :P
Try some Italian Ice or Sugar Free cookies from Jewel. U can find them near the bakery. They taste so great u won't believe they're sugar free. The other is great 2 wit less calories.
