Question: Is this a good way to lose weight?
I heard of the water diet... http://www.ehow.com/about_5072482_water-diet_.html i read it and i'm planning on, always to drink 2 full glass cups before i eat anything. And i'll TRY to eat small portions. And no bad stuff. No exercising. Is this a good way? If not, i need another way to lose weight. I have a treadmill at home, i don't plan on using that for my losing weight plan though... Unless if you tell me another way. but i really want to do the water diet. or banana diet ... HELP? D;

Drinking 1-2 gallons of water a day, eating healthy and working out all will help you lose weight dont do anything crazy.
If you want to loose weight fast and also be safe about it this is a great program that I have found and I've lost 20 lbs in 5 weeks and this is healthy I've tried many diets this works for me and may for you too.
