Question: Why does this happen and how do I stop myself from talking out of dieting?
Usually it'd be the third day of me dieting and i'll be so impatient that i haven't seen 'results' yet [although its only been the third day] i'd start thinking i'm eating healthy for no reason since i'm not seeing results so why not eat some noodles or chocolate and easily talk myself out of dieting. I'm sick of doing that, can somebody please say its true that results will eventually show? I'm sick of stopping myself from accomplishing a goal.

and limit to how much you take
i hate that as well.. just think how much you want this
and make a goal like if do a whole week you can treat yourself to like getting your nails done and stuff
