For you though I think you should avoid drinking the 5 hour energy to stay up in school. The reason is caffeine becomes a habit and the older we get the more we rely on it as a crutch for a pick-me up. Your just 14 and your tiredness in school is more because your bored to death than any other reason. I say it is better to figure out why your falling asleep, are you not interested? Don't get whats going on in class? Or just not In the mood?
These are all better solutions than an energy drink habit...
Working out in the morning
Letting yourself fall asleep in class
Having someone help you to make your material interesting to you
Save the energy drinks AND COFFEE for a once in a while pick me up.

yes, energy drinks are REALLY bad for you. they can especially cause problems for you because you're still developing. They can be addictive. if you're really that tired then try drinking coffee in the morning instead. if you feel like you Absolutely need it then just try getting more sleep, it should Only be used as a last resort
