Whole wheat tortillas: (And I think if I can remember) 150 calories for 2 tortillas.
Whole wheat bread: 240 calories for 4 slices

Not at all. Whole wheat is much healthier than white bread, white rice, potatoes, etc. It's higher in fiber and nutrients. Always pick whole wheat over refined (white flour) products, it's healthier, keeps you full longer, and even protects you against disease.
Well of course you should eat whole grain (whole wheat), a lot better than refined grain(the white bread and whiterice and all tht stuff). But if youre on a diet then you shouldnt be eating that many carbs for dinner. 4 slices is a lot and to top it off you are eating two tortillas. So u see, the prob is quantity, whole wheat is always good just not a lot of it.
whole wheat is never bad for you. white bread is bleached poison bread
