Is it true that if you have a fast metabolism and you try and gain weight by eat!

Question: Is it true that if you have a fast metabolism and you try and gain weight by eating alot, it all goes to your?
I have a very fast metabolism, and I want to gain weight so I can gain muscle and try to get a little bit of a butt. :p

But someone told me that if you eat alot to try and gain weight it all goes to your thighs and stomache. Basicly to not-so-great places. ^_^

Thanks! <3

Don't listen to "someone." Do your own research, or just give it a shot. If you have a high metabolism, then you shouldn't have a lot of trouble losing the weight back if you don't appreciate your situation. But keep in mind that you will need to eat a lot of calories to gain. Only the amount of calories you intake and the amount you burn will determine your weight.

Actually yeah its possible I used ot be supper skinny 100 (5'6,15) then I got to 108(5'6" 108) then a couple months later (5'8.5, 130) and now am about 5'9" and 134. All this height/weight gain in about 1 year. am also 16.

Anyways now my stomach sticks out even though am still a pretty skinny, 16 years old guy w/ some muscle, and my thighs are also not proportionate to my weight I have no meat on my bones at all.

yes do your own research, and anyway i wouldn't listen to your someone
