when you diet to lose weight like this, you will gain it back. especially if you just change your diet for some weeks. my advice is that you have to know what your ideal weight is for your height and age.
I advice you to change your diet for the long term., not just some weeks. cut down on carbs (but not fully since u need it) and increase fruits and vegetables. be careful of the amount and type of oils you take. ( remember that vegetables fried lose all their goodness).
and water! I do not advice you to not eat a slice of cake or something sweet if you want to. SOME its ok. not every day. AND KEY FOR EVERYTHING: MODERATION! MODERATION! MODERATION!
