Question: HELP i keep gaining weight?
okay so about a year ago i lost 22 lbs but after breaking up with my ex i slowly started to gain the weight back and now im 10 lbs away from going back to the weight i started off with(over 200 lbs) i have problems with food im exercising an hour around 5-6 days a week but im having trouble with food especially at night. I've tried drinking water and all but nothing is working i need some tips please help?
Answers:
Try eating more protein foods rather than carbohydrate foods. You body will be more statisfied with protein and you will not have hunger pains. Carry on drinking water - but not to excess.
Decrease Carbs!! Eat 5 small meals a day!!! Only fruit or veggies after 7pm!!! Cut out the booze! Drink lots of water!!
