Answers:
cereal mixed with yoghurt.
carrot sticks and hummus
1 slice of toast and butter
i get tins of low fat mac n cheese or pasta and that is -150-190 cals
tuna salad
half a sandwich
try a granola bar or a smoothie (: I love smoothies because you can put whatever you want in them, haha!
