Question: What is the best way to loose weight.?
I am a college student and am 20 years old. I currenty have a new gym membership and am going 6 days a week and spending about an hour. I have only just begun the excericise program and im trying to eat healthier. I am wanting to know what types of foods and excercises to use. I am 250 and a female and i am desprate.I am not looking to do any crash diets or anything i want to make a lifestyle change and I understand that i wont loose weight very fast. Please i really need some helpful suggestions:) thanks

CARDIO... burns fat. so run on the treadmill a lot (even walk to start out), elliptical, bike.

oh and do abs frequently (crunches, leg lifts, toe touches, russian twists, planks, situps)
You are already doing the most important thing. Exercise.
A healthy diet is important so you burn more calories than you consume.
Try eating a vegan diet. Raw foods, salad, veggies, fruit, grains.
