You don't want to do it fast, it'll just make you gain right after. To loose the pounds you have to do it slowly, so it won't come back after you loose it.
My advice/daily routine would be to..
Breakfast: 1 packet oatmeal
Lunch: Whole grain turkey sandwich or even just pb and j so you don't limit yourself to crave unhealthy foods..
Dinner: Small portion of whatever your mom makes for dinner.
You should let your parents/parent before you start your diet so they can support you :)
Also, start by walking everyday.
cut down on the packaged and processed foods. Substitute the foods in boxes for as much fruits, vegetables and nuts you can and you should begin to lose weight.... along with staying active.
Treat high-calorie foods as jewels in the crown. Make a spoonful of ice cream the jewel and a bowl of fruit the crown. Cut down on the chips by pairing each bite with lots of chunky, filling fresh salsa
