Wow, first of all you're only 13, what ladies? Those are little girls. XD
Another thing, is that if you're only thirteen, you might not have even be developed enough to have big muscles, I sort of doubt your friends really have big muscles, unless they're older then you, or maybe they just developed earlier. Though I gotta warn you, if you try too hard you might end up one of those body builder type guys who are buff but really short. The best way to build muscle is protein, like eggs and white meats, fish, nuts, ect. Very little sugar since it turns into fat. You can lift weights and do strength training but I warn you, at this age you can hurt yourself, and then you'll be one of those five foot tall body builders, and not a lot of girls think that's very sexy. :) (I don't mind it though)
Just do a lot of upper body excercising.
