every diet i have gone on i dont loose nothing if anything i put it on and i do everything from the book :L i have dont 1-2 hours of excerise a day , long runs , drinking water , eating fish, chicken and normal things on a diet , i just hate salad so that doesn't help :L , i just give up ! i need help :L
i really do at least want to feeel ok in a bikini this year i am fed up with all my skiny friends going to the beach and i never go its horrible :( , i dont even go out in my back garden with 1 on! i dont wear shorts because i hate my legs , its nn ending , its not like i eat loads of junk food either :L , because i dont :L , is their any pills what actually work what can help me , again i have tried but they dont work , i get so down about my weight and my self appearance i am forever commenting and faulting myself ! , :( , anyway what ever you say to help me ill be so thankfull x

Adjust your diet and start exercising. It'll be hard because healthy food can be plain at times. But when you step on that scale and see 2 less pounds, and then a 2 less pounds, you'll be proud. You'll start noticing little changes and you'll feel happier (i read this a lot and thought it was b.s. but its true). I think you should do it and good luck.

ok I was on a diet last year and lost 150 lbs the easyest way is tons of water not jsut 64oz but 100oz and try to limit to 1000 calories a day because you burn about 75cals a hour and with a little extercise with burning more calories then you eat you will lose weight
Maybe its just ur genetics? Hips, big rumps, and stomachs run in my family BIG time =P
