Question: Targeted exercises for upper thighs?
I am working out five days a week, watching portion sizes, and drinking tons of water. So far, so good. I can feel my body changing, and the Weight is really coming off, especially around my stomach. That great and all, but my main area of concern is my thighs. I have the problem area, right at the top of the back of my thighs, that I would like to get rid of. I don't have access to a gym or exercise equipment. I do have a stationary bike and all the time in the world. Any exercises, tips, or personal experiences would be much appreciated!
