Why does your stomach bloat up when you have a lot of fibers?!

Question: Why does your stomach bloat up when you have a lot of fibers?
I know that one of the reasons for stomach bloating is a sudden increase in the intake of fibers.
But why? What happens to your stomach ?
Please help. Include sources if you can.
10 points, thanks in advance.

Answers:

your stomach is a sack. fiber is harder to digest. you need a lot more water to process high fiber foods. your idea of "bloat" is the normal process of digesting foods. the "sack" fills; and takes time to empty.

drink a lot of water before eating fiber. idk why but it helps digest it faster
