When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.

you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



if u exercise and stop eating carbs you will lose alot of water weight and fat which could quiet possibly equate to nearly 2kgs of safe weight loss per week. This will only last a cpl of weeks though and any continued weight loss of up to 2kgs there after would most likely be muscle mass and thats very bad for you physical appearance.

and it also depends on ur current height and weight.
if u weigh 70kgs and are 5 ft 7 then at no point will 2kgs of weight loss be pure fat or water retention.

if u were a big samoan then 2 kgs a week might by sustainable if your nutrition and exercise habits were perfect.



you''re probably thinking about those diet pills and drugs but believe me they make you lose hair, and they make you lose your health way more than the grams that u will lose

follow a diet high in protein, low in carbs ad fats.
don't eat food with high fats,hydrogenated fats or sugars.
avoid salt
eat skinless chicken( don't fry it ), fruits as breakfeast , low fat milk, food high in fiber (brown rice, brown spaghety).
eat salads before your main meals .
2 cups of tea a day helps you lose weight also, food rich in antioxydent ( blueberries,strawberries...)

however you might follow some restricted diets :
Milk and banana( you only eat those 2 for 2 weeks) diet
rice and milk ( also) diet
pinapple diet( you only eat it for 2 weeks) diet

Do healthy diet by eating several healthy foods with enough nutrition and vitamin, and doing exercises regularly, you have to be discipline with your diet, and don't eat fried food, junk food, sugary drink and soda. And don't forget to drink lots water
