I think I have an answer for this one as well :) If you want to be consistent in losing weight, than you'll want to try working out around the same time everyday. After you lose about 10-15 pounds, than you would want to try giving yourself a resting day, where you do little workout (like a walk around your neighborhood). And then on days where you go off of your diet, than do some abdominal work outs, like scissors, where you lift your legs up and down, as high as they can go (while laying down), that workout is a body fat murderer! If you do that for about 30 minutes a day (not at once) then you will lose 5 pounds in about 2 weeks, but if you eat healthy and work out, then weight will shed like mad!
