it takes the place of the meals. Trust me, loosing 30 kg in 200 days inspired me as well, unless you're one of those skinny people who think they need to lose weight. ._.

To losing weight really isn't that hard .... just a simple but clean diet full of lean meats and a lot of vegetables along with some exercise now and again and you will find that you belly fat is just going to fall off ... small steps regularly go a long way :)
