Would this routine work?!


Question: Would this routine work?
im 13, and my thighs are wobbly and a litle fat. so i want to try this: only 3 meals a day, heaps of water & going for long runs. & once i achieve my goal, i will eat more but healtily. will it work?

if you watch what you eat, then yeah i think it would work!
but NEVER starve yourself to try to lose weight.You could do some serious damage to your body.
Just eat healthy and exercise,then give it some time then you'll look better in no time!



Just run more, you don't need to change your diet.
