Question: HELP NEEDED ASAP. How can I do this?
I'm going to a concert and then meeting the artist backstage in 6 weeks and I want to look my best.
I'm a bit overweight at the moment, and I was wondering how I could drop 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks?
Like, what foods to eat, how much exercise etc?

Starve yourself. Eat no more than 100 calories a day.



My mom has lost 20 pounds this month. If she eats breakfast, she eats fruit and maybe a piece of toast with that 1 calorie spray on butter. Around noon or so she has a turkey sandwich with the Lays Light, they taste the same as regular Lays and they are only 75 calories per 10 chips. And then for dinner she eats whatever the rest of the house is eating but she doesn't eat as much. She doesn't eat past 5 o' clock. And if she gets hungry late at night, she eats one serving of Quakers Rice Cakes. She tries to drink 3 bottles of water a day. She really hasn't done that much exercise.

This is working very well for her, and I started doing the same thing and I have lost 2 pounds this week.

run for long distances. take breaks inbetween. but just keep going! and do crucnches. try not to overeat.
