Question: How to let six pack abs show?
Hey im 16 years old, weigh about 127 pounds, with 6.4% body fat. I definitely have a six pack but the cuts are barely visible due to the thin layer of fat. 4 times a week i do 40 minutes each day of 13 different exercises for the last 8 months but no difference. How do i get the cuts to stand out and to make the six pack show? Should i start using weights in my routine?

Yes, add weights. Since you've been doing those for 8 months - it's like your body is used to it and won't develop. So yea, add weights and your body will be confused which is good. You should see the results ..
