Well nutrition is the main source of this problem. This goes for EVERYONE if your bodyfat % is low enough, you abs will be seen. But there is a sly way to get you your abs to be seen at a high bodyfat %. Witch is "drum roll please", work them out! Abs them selves are a muscle group, and should be work out too as one. So you should be doing heavy abs works at your gym as well as body weight exercises. Ive read heavy decline cruches work well. But the lifts that will grow your abs out like mad, are deadlifts and squats. The most hated, lifts.. But its true they work, they are WHOLE BODY compound lifts, and will utilize all of your abdominal muscles. Also do stomach vacums, to hit the other part of your abs. Also when working out your abs, dont forget your obliques.

do different sets of each of these, crunches, side to side crunches, reverse crunches, medicine ball crunches if you have a medicine ball, leg raises, and leg extension crunches, they all together will pinpoint every section of your core
hope that helped

Try abdominal crunches. Increase the amount of reps each week. It should definitely increase stamina and endurance.
