Question: What have you done to lose some weight?
Just wondering what have others done to shed/lose some fat

I stopped eating after 7:00PM each day.
I ate only oatmeal for breakfast each morning.
Instead of a solid lunch, I just ate snacks on many different fresh fruit/veggies and a yogurt (non-fat)
So I ate a breakfast, 2 snack size meals, and a very light dinner.
I drank only water, except for orange juice in the morning and a serving of Naked juice with my dinner meal...if you drink a lot of things other than water, it usually adds on extra calories, so it's best just to go with water unless it's for nutrition purposes (orange juice and Naked juice = a vitamin boost for me )
Do not drink milk or eat cheese whatsoever (so fattening) .. Once you cut those two out, if you drank it before, weight comes off really fast.
Other things that I removed entirely that seriously made weight drop off every week: peanut butter, bread, pasta, and all meat except for chicken breast every few days
I didn't realize until I took them out how much they were supporting my heavier weight
In my diet, I ate 1100-1200 calories, no more, each day.
For exercise, I just did a exercise tape for 30 minutes every day, or every other day for an hour sometimes, and sometimes went swimming and walking.
I used to be 155 lbs about a year or two years ago, now I am 119 lbs, my goal weight :) and I've returned to eating 1400-1700 calories each day.
Best advice is you just gotta be strict and firm with yourself, super self-disciplined, and understand that weight loss isn't going to be easy or subtle adjustment really, you will feel hungry and you will get cravings and feel bad and pig out some days but that doesn't mean you give up ~! just remember the goal you set out to accomplish and ask yourself if you really want to waste any more time in this struggle
