Males should eat about 1g of protein per LB of body weight so, 190g.
NOW if you are working out and trying to add muscles you should be eating 1.5-2g of protein per LB per day.
So yes you should eat more protein on the day/day after you work out your legs, but also if you are working out other parts of your body you should eat more protein on those days too. Also, it would be a good idea to work out other body parts for (increased hormones, mainly testosterone) so your legs would grow faster.
You should eat about 120 grams of protein a day based on your weight. After working out your legs just eat something healthy, but no fast food.
