. Your diet could be higher in calories. Even though you ate poorly before, it may have been low in calories.

. With an increased caloric intake, you could be gaining muscle with proper exercise or fat if the exercise is lacking.

. Increased fluid intake will add a significant amount of water weight. You are drinking less soda as well and caffeine is a diuretic (removes water). Eight glass of water can equate to about 4 lbs alone (1 pound for 16 oz).

. Increased fiber in diet can add weight as well. Fiber holds a lot of water weight, so not only are you drinking more water, but your digestive track holds much more becasue of the fiber. Greaser foods move much faster through your system as well, so your bowels will be evacuated much more often as well.

Between water and fiber, your body can easily add 5-15 lbs. This is the body weight that shouldn't be worried about. This is healthy weight that doesn't effect your appearance. This is also the weight that crash diets remove.

These are the reasons that scales should not be the sole measure of progress. A tape measure is a much better way to chart your progress. You may have gained 10 pounds, but who cares if you did if you have a smaller waist and can fit into jeans two sizes smaller?

Is that 130kgs? I doubt it's from muscle or growth. I'd count calories for a while to make sure you are eating correct portions. Some things (nuts, cheese, sauces etc) are higher in calories then you would think.

You are doing well to make lifestyle changes while you are young, it may help to concentrate on how your clothing fits and measure around your waist as opposed to a number on a scale (which is not always accuate). Also DO NOT weigh yourself everyday, do it once a week at the same time. It will give you a better idea of weight loss and help stop you fixating on a number. Whats really important is getting your body fit and healthy.

It could definitely be the muscle. Eating healthy is a big part of weight loss, but be sure that you aren't still be consuming more calories than you are burning off. Reducing your caloric intake + exercising more = weight loss.

Your 15 and your growing. Course your going to be getting heavier. I'd be worried if i was the same weight now as i was when i was 15. Dont worry

You might be taking too many calories and might be not doing enough exercise to burn them.

Is not something you eat too much? Exercise too little? Often eat junk food?

it could be muscle since you're still growing up... keep doing those exercise and also dont eat fatty foods.
