Question: Exercise to lose fat on legs and arms, not gain bulk or muscle?
I have just joined a gym, however I am not 100% sure of how to use the equipment. Because this gym is so busy, I have not had the chance to have a session with my trainer yet, so I have not been given a specific routine or schedule to follow to be able to know how to develop my body the way I want. In the mean time, can somebody please tell me what machines I should be using? My goal is to tone the insides of my thighs and tone my arms (I'm beginning to develop tuck-shop lady arms, gross), but without putting on muscle.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Most of the machines will have a picture showing which muscles they exercise. I do not know which machines you have available. Choose machines that exercise all muscle groups. Then find a resistance level you can do 15 times. Work on increasing your reps to 30 or so if you want tone and conditioning.. Cardiovascular training will do more for you right now than anything else. I would recomend an elliptical. 10 minutes is the least that will do you any good. Work up slowly to an hour.
