jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

Spot reduction is not possible and is a common work out myth. You have a layer of fat covering your abdomen and the only way to reduce the fat around your midsection, is to reduce your overall body fat.

This done by a combination of exercise (aerobic) and a calorie restricted healthy diet. Specific abdominal exercises will only serve to strengthen the core, not reduce fat. Strength training prior to aerobics will help burn off glucose levels and therefore help you to immediately start burning fat on your aerobic exercises.

Its good tht u doing situps bt u also need 2 do at least 45 minutes cardio. Targeted exercises build muscles, improve the appearance and tone of da area bt no 1 s ever gonna see those ab muscles if they covered in fat. Try 2 do cardio tht involves leg lifts, twist punches as u use the belly muscles, just make sure u do as many repetitions as possible. After your fat s burnt only then will your six pack be revealed. Gud lck! T took me 4 years of trial and error, internet research and failed weight loss regimes 2 hev a lean body bt now i flaunt my six pack weneva i can

you don't burn fat from the area you isolate.. simple enough.. if that were the case i would have no fat on my arms or legs.. cardio is your friend for burning fat.. but you need to understand unless your workouts are longer than 45 minutes your not burning fat.. for the first ~45 minutes your simple using your glucose supplies in your blood and from your liver.. after that your insulin spikes and you start burning fat

Hi (asker name) Have you been doing sit-ups and crunches but still don’t have that six pack abs you desire and that trim waistline? A friend of mine had the same problem and nothing seemed to work until he came across the truth about abs program. He did have great success with this, maybe this could be right for you.

Good Luck.
