Try either (or both!) drastically altering the number of calories you are eating. For example, if you were eating 1200 a day, try eating 1600 the next day, then 800 the day after, then 1400 the day after etc., but always be sure that you are not eating more calories than you burn off in a day. OR try increasing your exercise regime. For example, if you were jogging at a moderate speed for twenty minutes every day, try jogging at a faster speed for twenty-five minutes per day. Good luck!



Atkins is about keeping our carb intake below 25 grams per day....and I have seen a lot of people drop some massive weight with the Atkins diet. Just Google on the internet, I am sure there is all sorts of info on the Atkins diet. Here is a link that may help:
