It's definitely possible!
But that's only if you're really eating ridiculously...

It'd be mostly water weight, with a little bit of weight gain. In like 3 days, the water bloating could be gone if SOMEONE wants to find out how much they really weigh.

Well the scale doesn't lie and it is true! You will gain weight i am sorry because I know you didn't want to here the truth. Why do you think they have all these commercial/product diet things?

Anyway most of those are the hype because people begin to think there is a solution.

Loosing weight is fast..just think of the past as over and be done with it.. just start moving more and eaying things like:

Carbs- Light Crackers, Thin sliced Bagels, Pita Bread, Bran Cereals, Rice etc
Fats- Avacadoes, Olive Oil, Laughing Cow Spread Cheese, Peanut Butter,(also protein) Nuts(also protein) Dressings etc
Protiens: Chicken, Seafood, Beans, Tuna, Eggs
Dairy: Milk, Yogurt, Cottage Cheese
Veggies- Everything even salsa
Fruits- Everything esp. Berries!

Mix and match will eventually you will get it.



i guess you can..but you would have to eat A lot.



If you laid in bed the entire day eating high calorie and fat food then yes you could gain 20 pound of fat. You would also lose muscle too from lack of use so that wold make you have more fat



you would not know 75% of your body is water.
