1 stonyfield organic strawberry acai yogurt (90)
Lunch (10:15):
1/2 whole wheat pita loaf (70)
3 slices turkey lunch meat (30)
1/2 babybel spreadable swiss lite (18, used in place of mayo in pita)
20 baby carrots (60)
1 tbsp. hummus (35)
Afternoon Snack #1 (1:30):
1 1/2 c. grapes (90)
Afternoon Snack #2 (3:30):
1 yolk & 3 whites, scrambled (104)
1 tbsp. soy milk (scrambled with the eggs, 5)
2 tbsp. salsa (10)

a couple bites of my sister’s [CLEAN] spaghetti (60)
Dinner (6:00):
1 c. clean tortilla soup (175)

I know you aren't supposed to go below 1200 calories but I feel like my nutrition was pretty good and I felt full and not deprived at all. Is it healthy to eat this way?
By the way, I'm a student and my school schedule makes eating at normal times hard. That's why I have to eat breakfast at like 6 and lunch at 10, and I sneak a snack in English class around 1:30, haha.

You could add more to your breakfast. That is really the only area you are lacking in. Just add some sugar free oatmeal and you will get closer to your 1200 a day.
