How many calories would you guess is in a turkey and swiss sub?!
Question: How many calories would you guess is in a turkey and swiss sub?
Answers:
Most of the calories are in the bread (carbs), and cheese (fat). The turkey itself is mostly protein, and not much else. Turkey is a very lean source of protein.
A Subway Turkey and Cheese 6-inch sub has around 320 calories, so I'm guessing that an 8-inch sandwich (33% larger) would have around 420 calories.

I bet it's more than 200 calories. I was completely horrified to find out the sub I ate a few weeks ago was almost 800 calories. It was a 8" toasted sub with provolone, a couple different meats, italian dressing, lettuce and tomato. It didn't even have mayo!
Turkey is a very lean meat though... but if it had oil or mayo it could easily be up there in calories. If it didn't have those things I would still guess it had at least 400 because that much bread has a lot of calories.
Well seeing u picked off most of the meat im going to say its about maybe at the most 200 calories but sounds really good (: <3
It really depends on the type, I would assume about 300-400.
