you can have natural fats like butter etc. but don't have anything processed like crackers. because they turn to sugar when you indigest it. make sure there is no added sugar to your orange juice.
the only healthy yogurt is greek yogurt. low fat yogurt has a lot of sugar and harmful chemicals that only hurt your body no matter how healthy they make it seem on the box.
everything else is fine but you don't have any fruits, vegetables, legumes, grains, etc!
I have been dieting for over 30 years and lost and gained weight by silly diets. Dieting doesn't work unless you stick to healthy eating and exercise forever. Last year i was diagnosed as type 2 diabetic diet controlled and stuck to a healthy diet and have lost 14lbs. Your menu is ok but breakfast has too much carbs and fat and sugar. Dinner needs vegetables added to it. breakfast will be better something like boiled eggs/toast or low fat cereal or porridge which will give slow energy release and keep you full longer. Good Luck.
it is shown that if you don't eat at least 1000 calories a day you may actually gain weight
not to mention decrease you immune system it is best to eat a wide variety of food and just watch your portion size also eating several small meals a day could help
