No. To build muscle, you have to progressively increase the weight you lift to recruit more muscle fibers. You'll build a slight amount of muscle in the beginning if you haven't exercised with weights before, but only marginally. By lifting .5 kg weights and not increasing the weight over time, you'll tone up by burning calories, but you won't build big muscles.
she's a girl yo..listen baby? winks twice ;) lol nah im playing. i got that from a movie, anyways...all u have to do is, using the same weights as u mentioned above but do as much as u can til ur arms feels like their about to burst..don't try to count cuz u limit ur self when doing that also..don't worry about the feeling if u do it up to that point, this means u did it right and muscles will be toned thats how they grow and get toned..but it will take time, u aint gonna see no muscle mass til atleast 6 months! just keep at it and be patient. (oh and don't work out ur chest for future reference, u aint making ur boobs bigger, just more spacier and unattractive..leave cleevage alone) ( Y ) :)
yeah you will be getting definition but you probably have to do hundreds of reps, I would go a little heavier like 5-15lbs or 2.5-7.5kg
