Can you exercise too much?!


Question: Can you exercise too much?
I live near an old Football stadium with cement bleachers and I do bleachers(3-4 sets of 5, I do 5 then walk around the field and repeat this) 3 times a week usually in the morning, and then everyday in the evening or afternoon I ride my bike at least 2.5 miles most of the time more. Is this too much exercise? I am feeling fine but I don't want to over extend myself. Thanks!

Yes I use to run 2 times a day for 45 minutes when I was obbsessed with my weight, and I would be so tired and when you run alot you dont feel like eating because of all the work you just put in.



yeah you should only exercise every other day max to let your muscles heal
