Question: Can i use the elliptical trainer?

im 13 years old and im trying to do cardio exercises but i don't like going out of my house , so i have this elliptical trainer (its my mom's actually). the question is can i use it? is it dangerous for my age? MY MOM DOESN'T WANT ME TO USE IT BECAUSE SHE SAYS IS NOT FOR MY AGE

but yeah you can its fine, ive been using it since 14 with no problem. just dont let her catch you cuz she'll be pissed

It's not dangerous unless you play around on it. She probably just doesn't want you touching her equipment
