Question: How can I lose 13 pounds in 2 months. 5 stars to best answer?
Answers:

The Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise. You can legitimately lose up to five pounds in a week. If you don't want to buy the book ($15 at Barnes and Noble) you can just use simple diet and excersize tricks. First of all, you need to start eating healthier. When i went Vegan ( no meat or diary) i lost a lot of weight. If you don't want to do anything to drastic, you can lose weight effortlessly. Just eat mindfully. I believe in three solid meals a day. I don't graze throughout the day, and if i get the urge for something sweet or high in fat i do something to occupy my wandering hands: knit, walk, any exersize, puzzle, etc. Working out is a great thing. Do cardio (running, walking, biking, anything that gets your heart pumping) and weight training. I strongly believe in weight training. It's so good for you to have muscle. Your metabolism is higher when you have more muscle which means more calorie burn. Another great excersize idea is to take a class. I especially LOVE Zumba. Its a fun class that gets me moving!
Good luck, and I hope i helped!

Eat unprocessed foods would be a good start. Emphasize protein and fat and try and stay away from carbohydrates. Good protein sources like eggs, chicken, turkey, ham, etc will all be filling and make it less likely that you will eat insulin spiking (aka fat producing) carbs like white bread, white rice, pasta, etc. Fat is ok as well so feel free to add butter if you want to your whole wheat toast. Other healthy fats include nuts so you can always have a container of walnuts, cashews, etc around the house to snack on if you get those snack cravings. Always try and fill up on vegetables as well since those are low in calories but high in vitamins and fiber which helps to keep you feeling full and satisfied. Drinking a glass of water about a half an hour before each meal will also help to fill your stomach so that you will eat less.

Exercise helps, but you don't necessarily have to go overboard depending on well you can change your diet. Sometimes it is as simple as going for a walk 4 to 5 times a week spending roughly 20 to 30 minutes on your walk. If you would like you can always exercise early in the morning and do easy things like sit ups and push ups. If you do them before breakfast then the only food source your body has is the fat you are trying to lose right? After all the goal is to look trim and fit right? Just remember to have a nice meal of protein after your exercise instead of carbs. No sense in blowing your diet by having a large glass of orange juice with a big bowel of cereal when you are trying to lose weight.

If you're serious about losing 13 pounds, you can, and if you have time, do 30-60min/day of cardio mixed with 30-60min/day of toning/strength training.

Eat according to books like: http://books.google.com/books?id=8KSd2u8…
The most important things to take away are eating a hearty breakfast, smaller dinners, lots of fruits and veggies, and lean meats, and lots of variety.

I recommend going to the YMCA and swimming laps. It's a great workout and feels good. Go 3-4 days a week and make sure to eat healthy and get plenty of water. Don't drink soda or eat fried foods and make sure all of your foods are all natural or organic. Eat a nutritous breakfast and never skip it. Make sure you get a good amount of protein and get your carbohydrates from fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Eat 4-6 small meals a day, not 3 big meals. Good luck! You can do it!

Drink tons and tons and tons of water. Excercise at least 30-60 minutes a day or three times a week at least. Stay away from butter, cream, and anything high in sodium or fat. Also, turn off the teley!

Good luck!

First you need to make a plan, try to exercise 5 days a week and don't eat unhealthy. For you exerciseing you could run 4 nights a week and after do push ups and sit ups. Good luck.

Do an hour of cardio at least three times a week. Also, Alli works very well (just follow the guidelines very strictly).
