Question: Does dieting help you lose muscle?
My thighs are muscular & I want to make them thinner so if I just diet & do different cardio is it possible to lose the muscle in my legs?
Answers:
No. The lack of muscle movement does.... atrophy.
Building the muscle is good for your body, so keep up the cardio.
I made that last part up myself. – Thumper
do bodyweight lunges and squat to tighten your legs, it will also give you nice ***.
