When I say liquid diet I'm not saying just water but stuff you can put in a juicer. Vegitables, peanuts, and fruits. If you can find a way to blend up chicken breast a drink that then do that too. Leave the fast food alone also.
Dieting and excercising. Go to the gym 3 times a week (giving yourself a day of rest in between) and do 1 to 2 hours of cardio or elliptical. Eat strictly fruits, vegetables, lean meats like chicken or turkey, and a small amount of bread per day. only eat around 1300-1500 calories per day.
